This is popular among owners who want to do the "wet work" first (masonry, plaster) under a supervised contractor and then handle flooring, doors, paint and electrical independently or through a local labour team. It is also a good option for investment properties where you want a rentable shell quickly.
Indicative cost range: ₹1,099 – ₹1,350 per sqft. These are civil + finishing estimates — plot cost, boundary wall and interior furniture are not included.
