The Basic package is for owners who need a fully functional, habitable house within a tight budget. It covers every element needed to move in — structure, brickwork, plaster, IPS flooring, basic doors and windows, electrical points, plumbing and paint — using economy-grade specifications. IPS (Indian Patent Stone) flooring is a cost-efficient cement-based floor finish that is durable and widely used in budget housing across Bhopal and MP. If you want vitrified tiles, you would need the Standard package. The Basic package is commonly chosen for rental properties, agricultural worker housing, and first homes where the owner plans to upgrade finishes later.
Indicative cost range: ₹1,399 – ₹1,600 per sqft. These are civil + finishing estimates — plot cost, boundary wall and interior furniture are not included.
