The Premium package is for owners building their dream primary home in Bhopal who do not want to separately source or negotiate for modular kitchen, TV unit or false ceiling after the civil work is done. It includes 11.5 ft floor height, UPVC 3-track windows, granite door frames, premium vitrified tiles, modular kitchen (mica finish), TV unit, false ceiling and premium interior/exterior paint. This package is well-suited for Kolar Road, Shahpura, Danish Kunj and other newer Bhopal development areas where premium homes are in demand. It is also appropriate for investment properties targeting the upper rental segment.
Indicative cost range: ₹2,499 – ₹2,700 per sqft. These are civil + finishing estimates — plot cost, boundary wall and interior furniture are not included.
