Stone from local quarries, brick from nearby kilns, timber from sustainable sources. Materials are celebrated for what they are — not hidden behind cladding or paint.

Rustic Stone Farmhouse
Architecture that emerges from the landscape. Natural sandstone walls, exposed brick, rough-hewn timber, and wrought iron detailing. Every wall tells a geological story. Best for forest sites, hilly terrain, and luxury retreats.
Courtyard Farmhouse
Private luxury organized around a central internal courtyard — the most enduring spatial idea in Indian architecture. Light, air, water, and greenery at the heart of the home. Best for hot climates, family living, and premium villas.
Rustic Stone Farmhouse — Key Characteristics
Natural Sandstone Walls
Locally sourced stone in warm ochre, brown, and grey tones. Each wall is unique — celebrating natural bedding planes and texture.
Exposed Brickwork
Reclaimed or handmade brick for accent walls and piers. Warm terracotta tones complement the stone.
Rough-Hewn Timber
Reclaimed hardwood beams with hand-adzed finish. Wood shows its age, grain, and character.
Wrought Iron Accents
