CeilFab is AMR BuildTech's dedicated false ceiling division. It handles the design and installation of ceiling systems across all our projects. Options include gypsum board ceilings (the most common choice — smooth finish, paintable, allows integrated lighting, ₹80-150/sq ft installed), POP (Plaster of Paris) ceilings (for curved or custom designs, ₹100-200/sq ft), grid ceilings (mineral fibre or metal tiles, ideal for areas needing service access, ₹70-120/sq ft), and wooden ceilings (for warm, natural aesthetics in select areas like living rooms or verandahs, ₹200-400/sq ft). False ceiling design includes cove lighting integration (indirect LED lighting in perimeter coves), air conditioning vent and diffuser integration, speaker and sensor integration for smart home setups, and access panels for maintenance of services above the ceiling. Because CeilFab sits within the same company as our interior design team, the ceiling design is coordinated with the overall interior plan — lighting layout, room proportions, and finish palette — rather than being treated as a separate trade.

Layout and finish planning only covers space planning, material and finish selection, and detailed drawings for all fixed elements (kitchen, wardrobes, false ceiling, lighting, bathroom design) — you source loose furniture independently based on our recommendations. Furnishing recommendations included adds a furnishing schedule to the above — a curated list of recommended furniture pieces with dimensions, suggested sources, and style guidance aligned with the overall interior design, but procurement remains with you. Full turnkey furnishing covers everything — we design, source, and install all furniture, soft furnishings, window treatments, decor, and styling. This is typically chosen by clients who want a completely finished, move-in-ready farmhouse. Most farmhouse projects fall in the first or second category, with clients preferring to select personal furniture pieces while using our design for all fixed elements. Electrical point positions are finalized with interior input — so bedside switches are exactly where nightstands will be, and kitchen outlets are positioned for specific appliances. Plumbing rough-in is coordinated with bathroom vanity and kitchen sink positions. Built-in storage dimensions are communicated to the construction team before walls are plastered, so wardrobes fit perfectly into their alcoves without filler panels.
