Kohefiza is a locality of Bhopal. Vibe By AMR Buildtech designs and executes complete residential interiors — from single-room makeovers to full-home turnkey projects — tailored to how you actually live, not a generic show-flat layout.
Interior projects in Kohefiza usually fall into one of two categories: a full-home project for a newly purchased or newly constructed home, or a renovation-style project for an existing home where the family is already living on site during at least part of the work — the two need different execution sequencing.
We walk the space with you and understand how you use each room, your budget range, and your style preferences.
Furniture layout, storage placement, and circulation are planned before any material or finish is chosen.
You see the design in 3D and choose materials and finishes before execution begins, not after.
Our own execution team manages carpentry, civil, electrical, and finishing work under one project timeline.
A final walkthrough and snag-list clearance before the space is handed over.
Vendor and material access varies by how far a site is from the city's main material markets — for sites further out, slightly longer material lead times are factored into the execution schedule, so the project timeline reflects the site's actual location rather than a generic estimate.
Families already living in their Kohefiza home during a renovation typically ask for the project to be phased room-by-room, so at least part of the home stays usable throughout — this is planned into the execution sequence from the design stage rather than adjusted reactively.
