Duplex interior design across two connected floors within a single unit. Serving Seoni and surrounding areas.
Duplex interiors need the two floors to feel like one connected home rather than two separate levels — staircase placement, sightlines between floors, and consistent material choices all matter more here than in a single-floor home.
Seoni is one of the residential pockets of Seoni where new construction and older independent houses often sit side by side, which means two homes on the same street can have very different starting points for an interior project — a resale independent house usually needs more layout rework than a newly handed-over flat.
Materials, lighting, and style are planned to carry through both floors as one design.
The connection between floors is treated as a design feature, not just a functional necessity.
Which activities happen on which floor (e.g. living upstairs vs downstairs) shapes the whole layout.
Execution scheduling around the monsoon, typically June through September in this region, matters more for civil and painting work than for carpentry — wet-trade work is sequenced to avoid curing and drying delays wherever the project timeline allows it.
A common request from Seoni homeowners is a full-home interior for a newly possessed flat or independent house — design starts before the family moves in, so materials can cure and any strong finish odours dissipate before the home is actually lived in.
We walk the space with you and understand how you use each room, your budget range, and your style preferences.
Furniture layout, storage placement, and circulation are planned before any material or finish is chosen.
You see the design in 3D and choose materials and finishes before execution begins, not after.
Our own execution team manages carpentry, civil, electrical, and finishing work under one project timeline.
A final walkthrough and snag-list clearance before the space is handed over.
