Navlakha is a locality of Indore. Apartment interior design for multi-unit residential buildings, similar in scope to flat interiors.
Apartment interior projects work within a fixed unit layout, similar to flat interiors, with design focus on storage, furniture layout, and finish selection appropriate to the unit size.
Interior projects in Navlakha usually fall into one of two categories: a full-home project for a newly purchased or newly constructed home, or a renovation-style project for an existing home where the family is already living on site during at least part of the work — the two need different execution sequencing.
We design efficiently within the constraints typical of apartment-building units.
The same design-to-execution process used across all Vibe residential projects applies here.
Apartment complexes often have rules on renovation timing, material transport, and noise — we plan execution around these.
Long-term maintenance for a home interior in this climate usually comes down to two things: moisture management in kitchen- and bathroom-adjacent carpentry, and dust accumulation in false-ceiling and HVAC-adjacent areas during the dry, dusty pre-monsoon months — both are addressed at the material and design stage, not left for the homeowner to manage after handover.
Families already living in their Navlakha home during a renovation typically ask for the project to be phased room-by-room, so at least part of the home stays usable throughout — this is planned into the execution sequence from the design stage rather than adjusted reactively.
We walk the space with you and understand how you use each room, your budget range, and your style preferences.
Furniture layout, storage placement, and circulation are planned before any material or finish is chosen.
You see the design in 3D and choose materials and finishes before execution begins, not after.
Our own execution team manages carpentry, civil, electrical, and finishing work under one project timeline.
A final walkthrough and snag-list clearance before the space is handed over.
